My Sound Baths

One of my most popular and loved offerings for its deeply restorative results. Each session weaves together the vibrations of Tibetan and ancient Orin singing bowls with drums, rattles, chimes, bells and the human voice to create a vibrational phenomenon of sound that massages as it moves through the body’s tissues to resonate at a cellular healing level. A profound relaxation to help relieve anxiety, and create a renewed sense of self-trust and inner calm.

A blend of Yin and Hatha Yoga suitable for all levels, with deep, restorative asanas and mindful stretching to support every body type. My classes invite you to lovingly move with awareness, to soften and to rediscover joy in your body through a touch of balletic flow, adding lift, grace, and openness. This is a practice to nourish the self-critic, honour your body as it is today, and rebuild confidence in how you move and how you feel.

My daughter Ava, and I offer uplifting workshops that blend Yoga, Creative Free Movement and My Sound Baths. Ava is a certified yoga teacher with over a decade of personal practice and a teaching style rooted in mindful, fluid and sustainable movement.


She has used Yoga as an anchor and a form of medicine throughout various stages of her life. Having experienced chronic back pain from working in the physically demanding world of event floristry, Ava learned the importance of strength, control, and refined movement to support and protect the body. Living with coeliac disease further shaped her approach, cultivating a gentler, more introspective practice grounded in the nervous system for support, presence and deep listening.


Drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa, Elemental Flow and Dance, Ava creates welcoming spaces where movement becomes a tool for expression, healing and curiosity, and where she encourages balance and longevity through playful exploration as well as deep rest.
